Cooking Steps
- Ingredients Required
- Heat oil in a pan and fry onions until light golden. Add ginger and garlic paste. Cook for a few seconds until fragrant, then add diced tomatoes and cook until soft.
- Add green chili paste, Shan Palak Paneer Masala, whipped yogurt, and ½ cup of water. Stir well to form gravy and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add spinach to the gravy. Cook on low heat for about 15 minutes, then remove from heat and blend the mixture into a smooth paste.
- Add salt if needed, then mix in paneer cubes and cream. Cover and cook on low heat for another 5 minutes.
Tips : Serve hot with naan or steamed rice.
