- Ingredients Required
- Add lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of Shan Vegetable 65 Mix, wheat flour and ½ cup of water to make a paste. Apply the mixture to the cauliflower or paneer and set aside for 20 minutes.
- Deep-fry the marinated cauliflower or paneer in hot oil until crisp and golden.
- In a separate pan, heat butter, curry leaves, remaining Shan Vegetable 65 Mix, and tomato ketchup. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the fried cauliflower or paneer along with green chilies and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add cream, stir-fry for another minute, and remove from heat.
Tips: Serve hot with toasted bread slices.
