Curry
- Heat oil, fry onions until golden. Add mixed vegetables and Shan Curry Powder (2-3 tablespoons). Stir fry for a few minutes.
- Add yogurt and tomato. Stir fry for another few minutes.
- Add 1-2 cups of water. Cover and cook on low heat.
Punjabi Curry
- Heat oil and add onion, mixed vegetables, Shan Curry Powder (2-3 tablespoons), yogurt and tomato. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add 2-3 cups of water. Boil on medium heat.
- Increase heat to dry the liquid. Stir fry until oil separates from the gravy.
Tips: Serve with roti / naan / boiled rice.
