1-2 tablespoons

Green Chilies

3-4 medium, finely chopped

Cilantro/Fresh Coriander

2 tablespoons, chopped

Cooking Oil
|
1 cup / 175 ml

Shan Keema Mix
|
1 packet, mix in ½ cup water
|
- Heat oil, fry onions until transparent, add garlic paste, ginger paste, Shan Keema Mix and ground / minced meat. Stir fry until liquid nearly dries.Heat oil, fry onions until transparent, add garlic paste, ginger paste, Shan Keema Mix and ground / minced meat. Stir fry until liquid nearly dries.
- Add tomatoes and 1-2 cups of water. Cover and cook on low heat (20-30 minutes) until mince is tender.
- Add green chilies, fresh coriander and cook until oil separates. Stir frequently.
For Gravy: Add 1-2 cups water and bring to boil. Then simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. If desired, remove excessive oil before serving.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with hot roti / naan.
For Vegetarian: Replace the meat with 200g Soya Chunks & 100g Green Peas.
